Choose sachets or filter bags

Soluble sachets are the open-and-stir option. Each current retail pack contains 25 individual 3 g sachets. Empty an individual serving into the cup and mix with hot water; there is no filter to remove after preparation.

Tea bags are the steep-and-remove option. Each current retail pack contains 30 individual bags. Keep the filter intact during brewing, then lift it out. This may suit you if a conventional tea-bag method is the one you prefer.

One retail pack contains either 25 soluble sachets or 30 filter bags. Divide the price by that number to compare the cost per serving. Then choose the preparation you will actually enjoy using; the cheapest outer pack is not always the best value for you.

Compare the current pack examples

At the September 2026 check, one soluble pack is US$24.99 for 25 sachets, approximately US$1.00 each before shipping. Two packs are US$46.99 for 50 sachets, approximately US$0.94 each. Three packs are US$68.99 for 75 sachets, approximately US$0.92 each.

For filter bags, one pack is US$26.99 for 30 bags, approximately US$0.90 each before shipping. Two packs are US$52.98 for 60 bags, approximately US$0.88 each. Three packs are US$74.98 for 90 bags, approximately US$0.83 each.

Within either format, the larger examples reduce the price per serving before shipping. That can be useful if you already know you want more of the same tea. If you are trying it for the first time, compare a smaller order before committing to a large supply.

Larger multipacks are also listed on the product page. For a first purchase, the smallest pack may be more practical than buying many servings before deciding whether you like the format. Use the currently displayed option price when placing the order.

Shipping can change the total comparison

Our shipping charge is US$14.99, with free shipping on orders of US$50 or more after discounts. Compare the delivered total alongside the price per serving, particularly when an option falls just below the free-shipping threshold.

For example, two soluble packs at US$46.99 remain below the threshold and total US$61.98 with the shipping charge. Two tea-bag packs at US$52.98 qualify for free shipping at their listed price. The formats still contain different numbers and types of servings.

Check the total after any discount, because that is the amount used for the free-shipping threshold. If you also want another tea or balm, compare the combined order. If not, look at the cost of the pack you need with shipping included before deciding.

Dispatch, transit and tracking

We process orders within 1–2 business days, usually within 24 hours. After dispatch, the current delivery estimate is 7–14 business days.

Weekend dates sit outside the processing window, so an order placed late in the week can take more calendar days to dispatch while remaining within the 1–2 business-day promise. The shipping information has the latest service details.

After dispatch, use the tracking link to follow your parcel. If an update is unclear or stops changing, email us with your order number and the exact message shown. We can then check the correct shipment and explain what happens next.

Returns and help with an order

Our returns policy allows 30 days for eligible unused, unopened goods in their original packaging. Email [email protected] before returning an item so we can confirm the next steps. Keep the product and its packaging together while the return is being arranged.

If the wrong item arrives or a parcel is damaged, contact support with the order number and a clear description. Photos of the item and packaging help identify the issue. Keep the packaging until the next steps are agreed.
