We ship worldwide from our fulfilment facility in Thailand.
All orders are sent via registered, tracked airmail for security and peace of mind.
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (1 business day) of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on your destination and customs processing.
USA, UK, Canada and Australia deliveries usually arrive within 7–14 business days.
Occasional delays can occur due to customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package online and, after customs clearance, with your local postal service. You can also track your order any time on our order tracking page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, please check with neighbours, your local post office, or building management first.
For packages delayed in customs or showing no movement, please allow a little extra time for processing.

Couriers Used

We use Thailand Post for origin shipping. Once your parcel arrives in your country, your local postal service handles final delivery to your door.
