Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the process and send you any instructions you need, including the correct return address.

Return Shipping

As our products ship directly from Thailand, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
