The familiar aroma of pandan in a loose-leaf bag
Pandan brings a soft, distinctive fragrance to kitchens across Thailand and Southeast Asia. These leaves are already dried and cut into small pieces, ready to steep when you want a simple herbal drink without washing and slicing fresh leaves.
The loose format gives you control over the strength of each batch. Prepare a lighter cup for an everyday tea break, or allow more time for the aroma to develop when you plan to chill the drink or use the infusion in the kitchen.
Steep it gently or brew it a little longer
Add the leaves to hot water and steep for 3–5 minutes, then strain and enjoy warm. For a fuller aroma, steep for 10–15 minutes or gently boil the leaves for 5–10 minutes.
Once strained, the infusion can also be cooled and served over ice. Taste it plain first, then add a little honey or sugar if you enjoy a sweeter cup.
Made for drinks, with room to experiment
Pandan infusion can be enjoyed on its own or used as a fragrant liquid in drinks and desserts. Begin with a small batch so you can find the leaf-to-water ratio that works for your preferred strength.
