Floral chrysanthemum with Thailand’s familiar pandan aroma
This simple blend pairs whole dried chrysanthemum with cut pandan leaf. Chrysanthemum gives the cup its golden colour and floral character, while pandan adds a soft, fragrant note that works well warm or poured over ice.
The loose format makes the strength easy to control. Brew lightly for a delicate cup, or use a little more when preparing a pot to chill.
A useful ready-made blend
The ingredients are already combined in one 50 g pouch, so there is no need to measure two separate botanicals. Keep a pouch for warm cups, or brew a pot ahead and chill it for an afternoon drink.
Ingredients
Dried chrysanthemum flowers and dried pandan leaf.
Preparation
Add a small amount to hot water, steep to taste and strain. Serve warm, or cool before pouring over ice.

Storage
Reseal after use and keep in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight.
