Ingredients
Lotus stamens are finer and more concentrated in appearance than broad lotus petals. Their warm brown-gold strands make a distinctive loose infusion and offer a different way to explore the lotus plant.
Use a small amount for the first cup, allow it to steep and strain carefully. Once you know the aroma and strength, adjust the amount or combine it lightly with another tea.

How to use
Add a small amount to hot water, steep to taste and strain well. Increase the quantity gradually if you prefer a stronger cup.
