How to Prepare
Measure
Use approximately 1 gram (a small pinch) of dried cordyceps flowers per cup.
Pour Hot Water
Add 200ml of freshly boiled water over the cordyceps flowers.
Steep
Let it steep for 2–3 minutes until you see a golden colour in the water.
Enjoy & Re-Steep
Strain and enjoy hot or warm. Re-steep the same flowers 2-3 more times!

Golden cordyceps has a mild, slightly sweet, earthy flavour with subtle mushroom notes. Most people find it pleasant and easy to drink daily. It’s much milder than you might expect!
This is cultivated Cordyceps Militaris, which contains the same key bioactive compounds (including cordycepin) as wild Cordyceps Sinensis, but is sustainably grown rather than wild-harvested. Research shows Militaris actually contains higher levels of cordycepin than wild Sinensis.
You can re-steep the same cordyceps flowers 2-3 times. The colour and flavour will gradually become lighter with each steep, but beneficial compounds are still being extracted. After the final steep, you can even eat the softened flowers!
